Pulse CPR are looking for a talented individual (s) with warmth and share a passion about first aid and teaching. We are looking for someone who will go above and beyond for their clients and if the opportunity presents itself we may just put on two staff members - EXCITING!!

Why this is the job you've been looking for..

Become a part of an established business with incredible administrative support – your role will mainly be just to teach. We have staff to set up the courses and assist with admin & sterilisation of equipment.
An opportunity to explore and build your own client base with our additional cash flow bonus system. Initially there may be some variation in the role (discussed at interview).
Casual position with above award wages, possibility of a job share role ($50 – $75 per hour depending on experience or as per award for a beginner that shows enormous potential)
Grow and learn in an environment that offers constant in house mentoring through NIFAT (National Institute of First Aid Trainers) – it will be a condition of employment that you become apart of the National Institute of First Aid Trainers for PD in the future (not initially) Membership $180 per year (negotiable in what you can bring to our Pulse CPR family). There will be a two day conference in August around the 20th & 21st on the Gold Coast you’ll be expected to attend in 2021 (Covid pending of course).

Trainer application found here
Professional indemnity & public liability insurance certificate – (if you don’t have this we can discuss this in your interview)
Cert IV Training Assessment qualification (both pages)
All trainer competencies (first aid, CPR etc) you must hold a current certificate to teach the below courses HLTAID 001, 002, 003, 004 for the right applicant. We are happy to pay for your PD here.
Pictures of all training equipment used to deliver training (if using your equipment instead of ours)
Current resume
Copy of driver’s license or passport
Completed permission for release of information form found here
Working with children’s card if delivering to under 18’s (you will need this).
Evidence of industry currency which relates directly to the units they wish to deliver and assess under this partnering agreement
NIFAT membership certificate – membership options found here – **not required at this point but in usual circumstances it is required**
